| Q. Do you offer a kitchen
design service? |
| A. Yes. Initial computerized
design concepts are free of charge. |

| Q. Do you come and visit the
customer? |
| A. Yes. We do come and visit
to get a good idea of the room; take measurements, look at the
light fall and practical items like power points, ducting,
plumbing, etc. |

| Q. Do you have a showroom? |
| A. It is possible to visit a
working kitchen, to see the quality of our kitchens after a
few years of use. By appointment only. |

| Q. What do your kitchens
cost? |
| A. Expect to pay from around
15,000 euros and upwards for a kitchen, dependent on
specifications. |

| Q. What appliances can you
supply? |
| A. We are dealers for
Smeg,
NEFF, Ariston, Armana, Elica, Gourmet Pride, Range
master and Siemens for appliances and Franke for the sinks and
taps. But other options are possible as well. |

| Q. Do you install kitchens
and furniture? |
| A. Yes. Our own skilled staff
fit everything we manufacture. |
|
| Q. Do you carry out any
ancillary work, e.g. building, electric, plumbing? |
| A. In general we liase our
work with the builder, electrician and plumber of the
customer. |

| Q. Do you have a standard
range of furniture? |
| A. No. Everything we make is
to order, to the specifications of the customer. However, to
help make the right decision, it is possible to see
samples of styles and finishes such as frames, door
panels, cornices, and various timbers. |

| Q. If I have a picture of
furniture I like, can you work with that? |
| A. Yes. We can manufacture
furniture from a picture, photograph or drawing. |
|
| Q. How far do you travel? |
| A. We deliver freestanding
furniture all through Ireland and Europe. Fitting work we
prefer to keep within 3 hours drive of our workshop in Co.
Tipperary. |
